By using Chama Management System you agree to these terms. They govern access to and use of the platform by Chamas, their administrators, and members.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform lawfully, to keep your credentials secure, and not to attempt to access another organization's data.
Accounts & roles
Access is granted through roles and permissions set by your Chama administrators. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Financial records
The platform records the transactions you enter. It does not move money on your behalf. Corrections are made through reversing entries; history is never edited, preserving an auditable trail.
Subscription
Access to features depends on your active plan. Plans, pricing, limits and features may change; downgrades never delete your existing data.
Availability
We aim for high availability and maintain backups and monitoring, but the service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of uninterrupted operation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
